Founded in Amatrice on May 14, 2025, the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Amatrice (ARAM) aims to bring together businesses operating in the restaurant and hospitality sector..
With strong roots in a region with a vocation for the food and wine sector, ARAM, in collaboration with other local associations and institutions, aims to increase the tourist appeal of an area offering pristine landscapes and nature.

Since our first steps we have worked with the idea of imagining long-term planning
Our region has a tradition to tell and share with visitors: a journey that places quality at the heart of every initiative.
For this reason, ARAM's first steps were taken alongside SLOW FOOD ASSOCIATION in a series of evenings dedicated to.
The project is to work together with all the stakeholders in the area to create “experiences” that will boost tourism and convey a message of positivity.
The next experience we are organizing is to celebrate our “signature” dish on the anniversary of the TSG recognition obtained on March 6, 2020, by launching the "GIORNATA DELL'AMATRICIANA", an “AMATRICIANA DAY” which, starting from the place where the dish was created, will celebrate all over the world one of the most famous and widespread Italian recipes..
