For the first time, Amatrice's hospitality sector has joined forces in an association aimed at developing the area by increasing tourist attractions and improving the overall accommodation and food scene.
After the 2016 earthquake, it became necessary to rethink the offer and the experience to be offered with the aim of becoming attractive also for a new tourist target,
ARAM was born with the idea of coordinating and combining resources with the aim of proposing new initiatives, providing training, and proposing ever-higher quality standards.
The starting point is undoubtedly Amatriciana, a symbol of the region and a starting point for exploring the region and other local culinary delights.
