At the end of the first International Amatriciana Day, ARAM wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of this event.
We believed in this project, putting our hearts into it, driven by the desire to offer not only a moment of celebration of our gastronomic tradition but also a true opportunity to promote and enhance our territory.
Thanks to the institutions, partners, associations, producers, Professors and Chefs, local businesses, collaborators, and everyone who joined us on this journey with commitment, generosity, and a spirit of cooperation.
A special thanks also goes to the public, whose enthusiastic participation gave meaning, warmth, and strength to this initiative.
These were three intense days, preceded by demanding work carried out with passion and determination.
We know that perhaps we could have done even better, and we warmly welcome constructive suggestions to help us improve and grow, starting already from next year.
Amatrice is not only delicious — it is also beautiful.
Amatrice means Amatriciana, but it is also history, culture, art, nature, mountains, tradition, and future.
It represents identity, belonging, and vision.
