In 2026, the collaboration between Slow Food and the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Amatrice continues and grows stronger.
The Rieti and Reatine Valleys branch of Slow Food and the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Amatrice are pleased to announce that, following the positive experience of 2025, they have decided to renew and extend their collaboration for 2026 — a very important year for our region.
Five new events have been scheduled. The first took place successfully on February 8 at the restaurant La Lanterna.
The next events will be held between March and June, during which local restaurateurs will host local producers and prepare traditional dishes using their products. Each event will highlight the excellence of the area and follow the natural seasonality of local produce.
The upcoming stops on the new “tour” are:
- Agriturismo Il Piccolo Lago Ristorante – March 21
- Agriturismo Amatrice – April 12
- Ristorante La Conca – May 16
- Ristorante Il Castagneto – June 21
Menus will be published by each restaurant on their social media channels and will also be available on the association’s website.
