The Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Amatrice took part today in the event “The Laga Communities and Italian Cuisine, UNESCO Intangible Heritage” to demonstrate its commitment and support for post‑earthquake reconstruction projects.
Aram presented to the community the International Amatriciana Day, scheduled for 6 March 2026, which aims on the one hand to convey a message of positivity and, on the other, to promote Amatriciana with a capital “A”.
The official press conference will be held in January in cooperation with Roma Tre University.
The day ended with a tasting of the “original” Amatriciana, which was the perfect way to conclude a very important day for our area.
