On 3 February 2025, at the Chamber of Deputies (Sala Tatarella) in Rome, the press conference entitled \u201c6 March, a historic date: the first International Amatriciana Day\u201d was held, during which the official logo and the programme for the three-day event on 6\u20137\u20138 March in Amatrice were presented.

The initiative is promoted by ARAM \u2013 the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Amatrice, under the patronage of the Municipality of Amatrice, Roma Tre University, the Lazio Region, and the Chamber of Commerce of Rieti and Viterbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The programme includes thematic conferences, workshops, visits to reconstruction sites, walking and e-bike excursions, and tastings, with the aim of enhancing the area\u2019s resources and excellence\u2014the very territory that gave rise to a dish that has become a symbol of Italian tradition worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
